the lyrics i remember are => ((me and jesus, we go a long way back, long long long long way baaaaack, way back!))  i believe that the song is by and gospel quartet! they're most likely to be southern like the canton spirituals. i have been searching for this song for ever! please find it and ill be your bestest friend!! lol!  Grin
