ALTERNATIVE NIGHT

THE LILLY VALLEY MB CHURCH IS HOSTING A FALL FESTIVAL CALL "ALTERNATIVE NIGHT AND WE WILL BE FEATURING AN ATTRACTION CALLED THE HORRORS OF HELL".  WE ARE TURNING OUR FELLOWSHIP HALL INTO THIS.  WE ARE NOT GOING TO CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT IS NOTHING BUT THE DEVIL'S WORK.  SO MY PASTOR DECIDED TO THIS.  THEY WILL BE GOING INTO HELL WHEN THEY COME IN.  I WAS THERE WHEN THEY WAS PUTTING UP ALL OF THE STUFF AND I TOLD THEM I HAVE VISITED HELL AND I AM NOT COMING BACK IN HERE.  I AM  GOING TO STAY AT MY BOOTH THE FISHING BOOTH. IT IS GOING TO BE OCTOBER THE 29, 2008 AT 7:00P.M.

We don't celebrate halloween either, but our church has Hallelujah Night for the kids. For the past several years it has just been letting the children have fun and games and have a spagetti and taco dinner for them at the church. Tonite, they are actually gonna have a program, where the children do praise dances and learn of why we DON'T celebrate this day ((although our very first Hallelujah Night did consist of a praise dance program and teaching the children about why we don't celebrate halloween...I don't know what hap'nd. But I'm glad we are get'n it like it needs to be on 2nite!))

Same here...they had a Childrens Party at church!! They had a ball.
