I have bn averaging 5 glasses per day.
That's good. I was doing almost a gallon a day and then I stopped. I did have a 12 or 16 oz bottle of water today. |

U can drink 4 glass of water and 2 glass of fruit juice or fruit drink, and the Health teacher says that fine.  |
