Also, make sure that anyone u know who recieves disability can also file a return (even though they are not due any refund) and they may recieve a stimulus payment.  Make sure that they write the words "STIMULUS PAYMENT" on the top of their 1040 or 1040a form and make sure they mail it no later than April 15, 2008.

3) Single parent with two children, AGI = $60,000, federal income tax paid in excess of $600.

Individual rebate = $600
•
Child credit = $600

4) Single parent with two children, AGI = $90,000, federal income tax paid in excess of $600.

Individual rebate = $600
•
Child credit = $600
•
Phaseout reduction = ($750) [5% x ($90,000 - $75,000)]
TOTAL = $450

Married, no children:
1) Married couple with no children, earned income of $4,000, no federal income tax paid.
• Individual rebate = $600
2) Married couple with no children, earned income in excess of $3,000, AGI = $20,000, federal income tax is $930.
• Individual rebate = $930
3) Married couple with no children, AGI = $25,000, federal income tax is $1,430.
• Individual rebate = $1,200
4) Married couple with no children, AGI = $160,000, federal income tax paid in excess of $1,200.

Individual rebate = $1,200
•
Phaseout reduction = ($500) [5% x ($160,000 - $150,000)]
TOTAL = $700

Single, no children:
1) Individual with earned income of $4,000, no federal income tax paid.

Individual rebate = $300
2) Individual with earned income in excess of $3,000, AGI = $10,000, federal income tax is $125.
•
Individual rebate = $300
3) Individual with AGI = $16,000, federal income tax is $725.
•
Individual rebate = $600
4) Individual with AGI = $80,000, federal income tax paid in excess of $600.
•
Individual rebate = $600
•
Phaseout reduction = ($250) [5% x ($80,000 - $75,000)]
TOTAL = $350

AJ got a very detailed email....
I just got a letter.....and here is this sentence...

"In addition, individuals eligible for payments may also receive an additonal amount of $300 for each child qualifying for the child tax credit."

It also states that this payment should not be confused with any 2007 income tax refund that is owed to you by the federal government. Income tax refunds for 2007 will be made separately from this one-time payment.

Things aint never gonna change bro, they jus aint never gonna change! Although they fake it like they like us......deeeeeep down inside....they don't! All they care about is the work getting done, no matter how great of a worker u are, the will never really pay u what u deserve, and they will never give u ur props....if they do, well they'll still say u don't deserve it. Jus like they wanna pay u...but u still gotta work like a 17-one man crew jus for that pay!

Yeah bro, u know that's how they are. I was a manager at Dairy Queen for 5yrs....I did it all, the schedule, ordered the inventory, checked in the inventory, assisted in hiring, fired, cooked, cleaned, broke down icecream machines, misty machines, milkshake machines, did daily bank deposists.....u name it, I did it..
Well, the owner decided to bring in another manager, so there would be night/day mgrs(so the owner would not have to work), just sign paychecks....
this new mgr, did nothing as close to all that I did. Guess what, I was issuing out checks one day and discovered this white mgr came in making more than me......DID I CUT UP? OH I SHOWED OUT. So that next week when checks came out, my check was da same, and I refused my check. How about that owner told me that she forgot, tore the check in half, and printed me out another check...as she handed it to me she sd...."Now you know you have to do more work now don't you?" I had no comment, because I would have hurt someone's feelings! I took my check and walked out the office.
My mom hated that I worked there b/c I always worked beyond my shift, and worked 14dys straight w/no days off!
