Ok, lets explore that transsexual thing a bit more. First let me start out by saying, yes i will welcome them with open arms. My question is this, are you not sinning everyday that you remain the opposite sex. Ok, God made you a man, and you ask for forgiveness, but you continue on as a woman. You can change every body part on your body but if you were born one way, you can't fully change your gender by changing the outter parts. Its just a cover up just like some christians. They will hallelujah anyhow during the day and dance with the devil at night.
Am I wrong at what I am saying?? If you are going to ask God to forgive you for your sins, then shouldn't you get the change reversed. If not who are you going to marry?

No you not wrong for what you have said, you are just speaking your mind, and its nothing wrong with that.
I think that if a transsexual did give their life over to God they would have to at least make an attempt to live in the natural sex they were born in. Because werent we formed to be whom we are in our mothers womb..if that is the case, that person would/could only be the man/woman of God that God created them to be...and no one else.
I cant imagine how diffcult it must be to have to deal with a situation like that..I have an hard enough time being a woman...living with the struggles and challeges I have..I could not imagine having to pretend to be a man on top of all of that.
Everyone is not ment to marry. You do know that dont you?

i have to second that,especially being that im married,and living a life wit god......if every one wasnt meant to be married,then we would 1)all be fornicators 2)even if we dont have sex,we still cant be fruitfull and mutliply without having sex,or some kind of fertizlization 3)its someone out ther for EVERYBODY,juss depends on how long you wait 4)juss cause some marriages end hopless or whatever doesnt mean it wasnt meant for them to be....maybe not with that person,but it was meant to be.that could juss be somethin god put in your way to make you a stronger person for person he about to send you |

That is so true. How can a person repent of their sins and continue in them?  It doesn't matter what type of surgery that one get to change their sex, whatever gender they r born, that is what theywill always be no matter what. |

Okay.....I've thought about it long enough. AJ, no ur not wrong at what ur saying....... This is what I know: Genesis 1:27 says that God made man in his own image, in the image of God created he him: So.....to sum this whole thing up, as far as transexuals, lesbians, gays, homosexuals, etc .....the ONLY way they will go to heaven is if they get STRAIGHT! Those spirits CANNOT and WILL NOT dwell in heaven. There's no suga coatin'! NUFF SAID! Come on now, I believe that this is as real as it gets! |

all transsexuals arent gay..some ppl juss like to cross dress....and even if a person was/is gay,if they repented for everythin they did,even tho they didnt become str8,and died,with all sins confessed,im sure they'll get in the pearly gates..
but you right about what you put.i juss think it can be more to that,cause nobody knows what kinda relationship a person has with god,except that person...so the same way a person might be battlin a habit that is hinderin their relationship with god,its the same with a gay person.now some gay ppl have that "i dont care about religion,im kno im going to hell,etc" and then some who wanna get to heaven,but they are gay,and kno its there in the bible but juss cant help it...and nobody knows the relationship with them and god but that person

OK, I AGREE EXCEPT 4 THE "JUSS CANT HELP IT" PART. WITH GOD ALL THINGS R POSSIBLE!! YES, NOW SIN IS GREATER THAN ANOTHER, BUT MY GOD CAN DELIVER US FROM ALL SIN. WE HAVE TO BE WILLING TO GIVE IT OVER TO HIM! ALSO, MOST GAYS CLAIM TO BE BORN THAT WAY...I USED TO ARGUE THAT STATEMENT. BUT THEN IT WAS SHOWN TO ME THAT YES, THEY WERE BORN THAT WAY....FOR WE WERE ALL BORN IN SIN. AND AS I SAID B4, THEY CAN B DELIVERED OUT OF THAT SIN. THAT'S HOW I SEE IT. WHAT DO U GUYS THINK? |

How about, after the "preached Word" during the Invitation, when the Pastor - reacher says: "The doors to the church are open ..."Huh ... I thought that there was only one Door (Jesus)!!! Why do they say that??? And here's another one: Lord I'm "thanking You in advance" for what Your "getting ready to do"!Huh, my Bible tells me that "in the beginning" God created heaven & the earth & everything upon, in & above above the earth. Is there any thing "new under the sun or ... Son" to Him? Isn't everything that we could know to ask or think of our Father in Heaven, something that He already knows or has done for us? So Why thank Him in advance ... if He's already done it? Isn't it "us" who have yet to position ourselves for what God has already done? Didn't mean to be so serious ... but maybe someone can help me figure this out?  Thanks  |

I believe many of the sayings are biblically based but were probably the result of a pastor preaching a topic so well that people would internalize it and share it with others.
"What goes around comes around". This isn't in the bible but I can see a preacher saying this after giving the scripture text Obadiah 15
Or "If you take one step God will take two". It's not in the bible but can be easily correlated to the first part of James 4:8
