lol yes they are really good. I could probably eat one everyday, it wouldn't be a problem because I need to gain weight. I'm ok with being tiny though, it's my husband who thinks I need to gain weight.

Awl.....well, I need to lose just so I can get my bp under better control. All these salads aren't kickin' it tho. I do worship dance practice a lot on my own for almost 1.5-2hrs tops at the church 3xs a week (breakin a sweat too), then regular prac on fridays, but I need to do more!!!!!

Late lunch after church is gonna be homemade chicken sandwiches and punch.....gotta go get ahold of school clothes shoppin'.....my, my, my, where did the summer go?

Yesterday for lunch I ate a KFC chicken wing and biscuit.

Wow you're doing a lot of exercise when you worship dance, a great way to keep in shape and praise the Lord at the same time. You don't look like you need to lose a lot of weight but I know how important it is to stay healthy. Did your dr. give you anything to take for your BP? You should be able to get it under control with a daily pill if diet and exercise isn't helping it.

Yes, before I got pregnant, I was prescribed this hydrochlorothiazide-the water pill I think....
Now, I have this triamth/hctz (another dose w/the water pill included).
I'm tryin' to change my eatin' habits more, so that I can lose some weight, and lower my bp, and jus in case I decide to get preg.....for some reason w/my 7, 4, and 2yr old, when I focused on losing weight, I got preg. But I need to seek God some more.

Today it's gonna be a chicken ceasar salad.

Hey Keke...I put a new spin on my chicken....I chop up the chicken breast, sautee em in lil butter, garlic, and green onion(scallion), and it gives my caesar salad a new flavor.
Plus, I went to Quizno's and they gave me a cup of their ceasar peppercorn dressing....that dressing is sooooo good!

Yummmm that sounds like a good spin on that chicken! Longhorns uses caesar peppercorn dressing on their caesar salads too, and it is delicious. Hmmm.. I'm thinking maybe I will go there for lunch today.
