It's blackened fish......I do it just as I do blackened chicken breast.....with blackening seasoning, put a little butter in a pan until it is extremely hot, pan sear it on both sides(til whatever blackened consistency u prefer....but not burned). |

My daughters and I went to Mickey D's....I had one of the Wednesday special hamburgers, small fries, and small coke. My oldest daughter had a McChicken, small fries, small iced tea, and my youngest had a cheeseburger happy meal w/a sprite. We split a 10 piece McNugget....... Speaking of 10-piece McNugget, has anybody seen the McDonald's commercial about the lady who won't share her Mcuggets w/her man?
