I dont know if any of you have heard about this story...
But I am from the Chicagoland Area....and its really hitting home for me.

I would really love for my allgospellyrics family to pray for this family.

Today they police have identify the body found as 28 year old Nailah Franklin

This is breaking my heart....
Im sitting here staring at her picture looking deep into her eyes..

I just can not.....     
Why would someone want to do that....   

And to look at her sisters grieving for thier sister....
4 girls.....now its just 3.......Why God??   
I really dont understand.................     

Lord please heal our land...We need you in such a way...
That my words....just cant express!
I am so heavy-ladon due to her death.....   

God please send Jesus SOON.... 

It not fair what we go through here on Earth....
The troubles of Life...just seem so great....
And to have a young sister gone.....GONE....due to the devil
Makes me sick to my stomach........

Just God please....

I don't believe so.  This was a young lady from Chicago. She is the sister of Marina Franklin who is a comedian who has appeared on "The David Chapelle Show".

No she was just a beautiful young black woman...that had her life taken away!!

Sadly there are a lot of beautiful young people who are loosing their lives unnecessarily. Just this morning a 22 yr old mother drowned her 2 & 4 year old daughters. Children who were just supposed to enjoying their youth were taken away. I just had to pray for them & their families/parents. There's the young woman in West Virginia who was kidnapped & held captive by a family that tortured her among other things. I've thought God why would these terrible things happen? So many of us have turned out backs on God. He's still the same yesterday & today but we want to do what we want to do. Our country was founded on Christianity but now there are those who think it's wrong for even our money (which comes from God) to say "in God we trust. We've got to get back to putting God first in ALL things. I just pray for peace for all the families dealing with the hurt from lost loved ones. God be with them in the midst of their storms.

I too pray for our land when I hear things like this because it is indeed a sad thing.
  I just keep telling my self that God is in control...
No matter what I am going through...I think Lord....You have to take the wheel...
I will not let the enemy win....

Sidebar: I dont think that folks really understand that we wrestle not against flesh and blood
but against princepalites (sp) and spritual wickness....(I know my spelling is bad) LOL
But once I got that understanding...it made my life a little easier.
I gave me the courage and understanding to know that I have to TRUST GOD!!

You are so right DreamGirl.  We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and spiritual wickedness.

So therefore, we have to put on the whole armor of God to stand against the tricks of the devil.
