I need Ideas for a Black History Program

Hi Everyone... I just wanted you all to put your creative minds togather and help me come up with a few ideas for our Black History Program. Well I am focusing on the Famous Black of Past & Present. However I love to get more ideas so it can be a great success.

How about a program showcasing the progression of gospel music- starting from old Negro spirituals to some of the contemporary works today. My brother site put together an excellent timeline of gospel that you could use to go by:
